01 Foundation

Stabilize the foundational condition first.

The structural exposure that, until resolved, prevents every other fix from holding. This is what changes first, regardless of which condition feels most urgent.

02 Authority & ownership

Lock decision rights and single owners.

With the foundation stable, the next condition to address is the structure of who decides and who owns. Until this is named, every subsequent change will be re-debated.

03 Alignment

Align cross-department goals.

Sales and operations stop working against each other. Cross-department commitments become measurable and visible together. Misalignment that was producing missed commitments resolves.

04 Live signal

Move from historical reporting to live signal.

With foundation, ownership, and alignment in place, real-time financial signal becomes useful. Without those first three, real-time data is noise. With them, it becomes the company's nervous system.
